Mine also got soggy, I believe the subsequent time I attempt I will likely not combine the pistachio cream and kataifi but will place a layer of pistachio after which the crispy kataifi.I’ve been planning to make this chocolate bar for months now but am finding it impossible to locate a location to acquire the Kunafa Pastry in Ontario!
